Neuro Linguistic Programming

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) is an approach to communication, personal development, and psychotherapy created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in California, United States in the 1970s.

Its creators claim a connection between the neurological processes (“neuro”), language (“linguistic”) and behavioral patterns learned through experience (“programming”) and that these can be changed to achieve specific goals in life.

NLP is a bit like an ‘owners manual’ on how to use your brain!  At school and college we learned wonderful things like history and geography and algebra but we did not learn much about how to feel good or to have great relationships. You can use the NLP methods and insights to be more in charge of your thoughts and feelings. And to run your own life more successfully and communicate with other people much more effectively.
